A conversion-led, SEO-ready Shopify site built to guide visitors to services and drive enquiries.
Before this project the business had no website at all which meant there was no central place to explain services, build trust or capture enquiries. I designed and launched a Shopify site from scratch, built around a services-first structure that guides visitors toward the Services section and makes the next step, enquiry or in-store visit simple and obvious. The goal was a site that feels clear, credible and easy to use from the first click.
What I Built
I planned the site architecture and mapped the key user journey so visitors could quickly understand what the business offers and where to go next. I then built the pages and layouts in Shopify with a mobile first approach, keeping navigation clean, scannable and intentional. I wrote and refined the core website copy, using SEMrush and Google Keyword Planner to research relevant search terms and align the content with real search intent. Throughout the build, I applied the brand guidelines across layout, typography, imagery, and tone of voice to ensure the site feels consistent, recognisable and on brand across every page.
Technical Decisions
To support long term discoverability and keep the site easy to maintain I implemented strong on page SEO fundamentals from the start. This included a clean page and heading hierarchy, descriptive image alt text and consistent, keyword friendly file naming for assets. I also kept URLs and internal linking straightforward so both users and search engines can move through the site logically while maintaining performance and consistency across devices.
The Outcome
The result is a professional web presence that simply didn’t exist before with a clear structure that directs visitors toward Services and action. It improved how the business presents itself online, makes key information easy to find and gives potential customers a straightforward way to enquire or visit. Just as importantly it created a scalable base the business can build on over time as new services, content and marketing campaigns are added.
