When I joined Debbie’s Treasure Warehouse, it had strong offline momentum but little digital presence. I helped define brand strategy, then developed the visual identity, brand assets, and a complete visual brand guide. I built the website with an SEO first approach, starting with thorough keyword research, then optimised the site every two months to improve conversions and support business goals. I also planned and delivered campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and email, producing the ad creatives and copy for brand awareness and seasonal promotions, and grew the Instagram account to over 1,000 followers.
